B.TECH COURSES

B.Tech (Computer Science)

The branch captures highest paid jobs in top-notch MNCs. This branch deals with both software and hardware aspects of computer, which provides us ways to speedup and optimize the work of common people. Presently, it has vast potential of job opportunities within and outside the country. Versatility of the branch hasmade the world a global village.

B.Tech (Information Technology)

Information Technology deals with the development, utilization, inter-relation and confluence of computers, networking, telecommunication, business and technology management in the context of global interest. It is the study of techniques involved in information creation, transmission, distribution and receiving. It is a unique branch which is a blend of Electronics, Communication and Computer Science. In short, it is Computer Communication.

B.Tech (Electronics &Communication)

Electronics and Communication Engineering has gained importance in recent years due to its versatile application in every facet of engineering field. It mainly deals with the principles of electronic devices and communication technologies along with the basic electronic components, design of circuits and systems. Thebranch also has very close link with the computer field.

B.Tech (Electrical Engineering)

This branch is one of the main branch of engineering, considered as lifeline of an industry. It deals with generation, transmission, distribution, utilization and control of electrical power, as per the requirements of mankind. It offers job opportunities in almost every industry since electricity is the main sourceof energy. With increasing demands of growing population, its future in India is verybright. There is vast potential of its further development in the country.

The admissions are routedthrough the RPET/AIEEE system. Under the existing norms the ITM has three categories:

1. RPET seats 70%
2. AIEEE seats 15%
3. Management seats 15%

Merit List

The merit list will be prepared on the basis of the marks secured in Reexamination only.

The minimum qualifying marks for different categories will be as per the decision of the State Government/Admission committee Counseling is conducted for students to help the candidate in selecting the institution and the branch of study of his/her choice. The candidate shall be called for counseling based on their merit position and the number of available seats. The information about counseling will be sent through individual call letters.

Eligibility:
All students, desirous of seeking admission to any course offered at the Institute must have passed the Senior Secondary Certificate Examination ( 10 +2 ) from the Board of School Education, Rajasthan or its equivalent obtaining at least 50% marks in the aggregate, in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Besides, all such students should necessarily have passed in English
